Saul is a Founding Principal at Collaborate. He is involved in the vision, management and development of all facets of the business, overseeing: finance, marketing, business development and administration. Saul has been involved in more than a billion square feet of design and construction of office, retail, multifamily, education, and hospitality projects throughout Texas and across the country. Today, Saul’s focus is on developing Village Center, a large P3 economic development in Jersey Village. Located on 290 and Beltway 8 in the City of Jersey Village, an Office, Multi-Family, Retail, Civic, and Hospitality. Saul currently serves on the executive board of Buffalo Bayou Parks, is Chairman of AVANCE and immediate past chairman of the Lone Star College Foundation board and servers on the advisory board of Scenic Houston.
Martin is a Founding Principal at Collaborate and serves as the Principal In-Charge of the Architecture practice. His extensive experience and the subsequent “lessons learned” in Higher Learning facilities, both new and renovated, assist the team in making the responsible and best choices.
A Principal at Collaborate. Caveh offers 15 years of design experience in many project types that total over $500 Million in construction costs. Commercial, educational, industrial, residential, and interior design experience over this span allows him to offer a holistic viewpoint to clients.
As a Principal at Collaborate. Dwayne has been involved in all phases of various projects from start to finish and brings a unique perspective to the design process. In most cases, he will anticipate issues before they become problems and he enjoys working with each client to produce aesthetically pleasing projects.

Ron is the Principal of the San Antonio office. Ron has over 18 years of experience in the construction and civil engineering industry; he is well versed in the areas of land acquisition, client Management, design development, construction management, business development, team building and team leadership in both private and public sector. He brings experience with projects ranging from $10 Million to over $30 Million working with architects, engineers, city officials, developers, contractors and city agencies for the design development and built out of projects.
