Martin Needle, AIA, and Saul Valentin formed Collaborate in response to client’s request for a more collaborative efforts. Dwayne Mollard, AIA joined Collaborate in 2012 and David Kaczynski joined Collaborate in 2015.

Collaborate’s experienced staff collectively brings years of diverse professional project management experiences, having directed the development of short and long-term facility construction capital and maintenance expense planning, conducted facility condition assessments, facilitated numerous campus master planning exercises and conducted facility utilization studies that have resulted in successful building programs of approximately $1 Billion in new and renovation construction projects as well as critical building system upgrades to reduce utility consumption, while improving energy and facility operational performance and efficiency.

These services range from Program Management to planning studies to include the full spectrum of design, project management and construction administration services. The combined experience of the Collaborate team includes the completion of 100’s of projects over the last thirty plus years.
