Although Collaborate is not a property manager, we often partner with JLL and CBRE, both world-class leasing and property management firms in their own right. After we complete a development project, we can continue to provide property management for our clients in a seamless transition from occupancy. This strategic relationship with our partners helps us design using materials and build mechanical systems that are easy and cost-effective to maintain, operate, and manage. Collaborate also supports the planning and procurement of System technologies, access control, security, maintenance, amenities, parking, garbage, internet, package deliveries, storage, neighborhood relations, leasing, and marketing both during the design process and construction process as well as post-occupancy and inf act often manage the leasing of commercial spaces.
